Woodfire Workshops

Frederick Pottery School is excited to offer weekend Woodfire Workshops in conjunction with John Thies of Monocacy Pottery.
Registered students will throw pots during their regular session using woodfire clay. Then, on the weekend of the woodfire - after their six week class session - they will load, fire and empty the kiln over a period of several days.

• Only students registered for regular class sessions may register for the woodfire workshop.
• 25 lbs of woodfire clay, glazing and firing costs are included in workshop fees.
